1. Booking and Reservation Policy

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the first night’s stay.
- No-shows (guests who do not check-in and do not cancel) may be charged the full booking amount or a portion thereof, as determined by hotel management.

6. Liability and Hotel Responsibilities
- Lost Items: The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes (if available).
- Personal Injury: The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises unless caused by hotel negligence.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
