1. Booking and Reservation Policy

  • No prepayment is required, as all payments are made upon check-in.

  • If you fail to show up without cancelling in advance (as per our cancellation policy), we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed if made at least 5 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the first night’s stay.
  • No-shows (guests who do not check-in and do not cancel) may be charged the full booking amount or a portion thereof, as determined by hotel management.

4. Check-in and Check-out Rules

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID or passport must be presented at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Follow all hotel rules and regulations as communicated by staff.
Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours ([Specify Hours]).
Not damage hotel property; any damage may result in additional charges.
Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises.
Ensure children are supervised at all times.

The hotel reserves the right to ask guests who violate these rules to leave without a refund.


6. Liability and Hotel Responsibilities

  • Lost Items: The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes (if available).
  • Personal Injury: The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises unless caused by hotel negligence.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

8. Smoking and Pet Policy

  • Smoking: Not Allowed in rooms.
  • Pets: Not Allowed, except for service animals.
